This is the purpose behind my preaching. I have been taking the Adult Discipleship Class through topics/passages of scripture that hit on different CORE beliefs/practices/virtues of the Christian Life.
Then, during the Sermon on Sunday Morning, I do the same thing. It might not seem like that, but that is what is happening. This excel spreadsheet gives you an idea of where we have been and where we are going with those 30 CORE BPV’s.

Here are the reading plans (Downloadable PDF Files) for The Bible in 90 Days. If you choose to participate in this process, you can choose a couple of reading plans. This is a program put on by Zondervan and therefore - NIV/TNIV, but you can follow the reading plan with ANY bible or translation. The page numbers, etc will refer to certain types of bibles though. And, the reference to “only 12 pages a day” might not pertain to your translation if you choose to use a different one.
